Full-day llama hikes offer an immersive experience of hiking, photography, wildlife observation, and breathtaking views of Chico Creek and natural landscapes in Upper Bidwell Park—all while leading llamas. This adventure includes a private backcountry lunch and is designed for experienced hikers. The 8.5-mile loop in Upper Bidwell Park features a mix of moderate to challenging trails, concluding with a relaxing walk back along the scenic Annie Bidwell Trail. **All hikers must be physically fit to traverse across uneven terrain, loose rock and elevation changes. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone who does not meet the physical requirements associated with the hike.

*Llama hiking is a strenuous sport. Physical fitness is one of many factors that determine your ability to safely participate. We reserve the right to decline service to any individual that, in the opinion of Happy Homestead Llamas, can not be safely accommodated.
*We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. All hikers must be canceled or rescheduled no less than 48 hours before your reserved date. If you do not email or call and speak with us at least 48 hours in advance and fail to show up for your hike on time, we will be unable to refund your total purchase less the deposit.
